So I was sent this as an email from my old university psychology department and it made me realise that my concerns aren't as out of control or unique as I thought. This actually brought me a little peace with one particular thing I'm working through right now. I thought that it might help you too. Take the quiz and share it with your friends and you can compare results, I had a lot of fun doing this and like I said, it has helped me on some level.

Throughout time people have questioned their past choices, present situations and possible futures. As a regular reader you’ll be well aware of our search for an answer to the question, What is everyone so worried about?!
Our search for answers has lasted 5 years. Through using focus groups, online questionnaires and in person interviews we have determined the most common questions and concerns that are on everybody’s mind. Our most surprising discovery has been that: No question or concern is truly unique! However specific a particular concern may be to a person, it will likely fall into one of The 30 Questions.
The results from our scrupulous testing over a 5 year period has revealed that although The 30 Questions remain consistent, the significance and relativity of the questions alter drastically over time.
Just like trends, fashion, viral videos and popular music, what is trending, popular or viral today, can be much less relevent tomorrow, next month or even next year.
Take look below at The 30 Questions and you’ll find that the majority will have crossed your mind at some point in time, no doubt you’ll find one that really speaks to you in this moment.
How does this help? Remember the saying... “A problem shared is a problem halved.”
So take the quiz below to see how you score! The more points that you collect, the more unique your concern is! We hope that your score may bring you some comfort, on some level.
So grab a pencil and paper and together we will halve that problem!
To begin from The 30 Questions below find one that speaks the most to you right now.

What did you Score?
1-10 Scoring this low places you at the end of the spectrum, what you are worried about is a concern shared by many people over the last 5 years. Most likely you are concerned about something that you have complete control over. We hope that this new knowledge will bring you reassurance that you are not alone!
11-20 Find comfort knowing that you share similar worries with a lot of people. As you’re in the middle tier you can stay calm in the knowledge that what you worry about is normal, and that by asking for help, you’ll not only find it but you’ll likely find others that share the same concern too. Remember, every problem has a solution.
21-31 This makes you a unique worrier. You are top tier and your current concern is one of the least common on peoples minds within the last 5 years, making you a rare case. You think differently and place importance on what others do not. That is a fantastic quality to have, don’t change! You’ll be understood and best understand people in this same scoring zone. It's probable that your concern may take a little more work to solve, though remember that everything can be figured out.

I hope that you found some comfort with this!
